Devon Mental Health Alliance
Offering weekly drop-ins for adults who are impacted by mental health challenges. A welcome place to meet new people, and learn about local support and services.
Drop-ins take place across various locations around Devon.
The Moorings
The Moorings @ Devon offer mental health support to anyone aged 18+, in a welcoming, safe, comfortable, non-judgmental, and non-clinical environment.
The Moorings offer support in the Devon area, from three locations in Barnstaple, Exeter, and Torquay.
The Helplines Partnership
The Helpline Partnership provide details for over 300 different helplines you can contact, depending on your circumstances, (including childhood sexual abuse, elderly persons support, LGBTQ, domestic violence and more).

1in6 offer a variety of resources and support.
The Samaritans
Available 24/7 The Samaritans are available for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure.
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Survivors Abuse North Devon (SAND)
Offering face to face, or over the phone specialist counselling for adults who have experienced historical or recent sexual abuse.
SAND also extend their service to friends and family members who are in a supporting role.
Devon Rape and Sexual Abuse Helpline
Confidential, professional support to survivors of rape, sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse.
Offering confidential, professional support to survivors of rape, sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse across Devon and Torbay (but not Plymouth).
NAPAC
Offering support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect.
NAPAC offer 30 minutes of supportive listening with signposting if that is relevant to your needs.
Rape Crisis Helpline
A 24hr helpline service for anyone aged 16+ in England and Wales who has been affected by rape, child sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment or any other form of sexual violence – at any point in their life.
Survivors UK
Helping sexually abused men and non-binary as well as their friends and family, no matter when the abuse happened, and challenge the silence and attitudes.
