Supporting each other

Our groups offer a safe, supportive space where non-offending men who’ve been through it can meet and connect.

Everyone here understands what it’s like to walk through that door for the first time — how daunting it can feel, and the huge step it takes just to show up.

But most of us remember the relief too — that moment you realise you’re not the only one, that you’re understood, and that there’s real support here.

Each group is safely led by experienced facilitators who are survivors themselves.
They know what it takes to create a steady, respectful space where everyone is heard and no one is judged.

We’re survivors supporting each other — talking, listening, sometimes just sitting quietly together.

There’s no pressure and no “right way” to be here.
You don’t have to know what to say.
You just need to come as you are.
And support doesn’t stop when the meeting ends.

You can contact us by phone, text, email, or online — or meet up for a coffee if that feels easier.
We’ll walk with you, at your pace, in whatever way feels right for you.

You are welcome here

All men are welcome — whatever your background, culture, sexuality, faith, or where you’re at right now.

You don’t have to be sure.
You don’t have to be ready.
You don’t have to explain yourself.

You are always in control of your own journey here.

A safe place to talk, listen and not be alone.

Take the first step (when you’re ready)

If you’re unsure about making contact, that’s okay.

Many men take time — or make contact and pause.
When you do get in touch, nothing is set in motion without your say-so.
It’s just a conversation.

You can ask questions.
You can take time to think.
